Healthy working during COVID-19
Department of Occupational, Social and Preventive Medicine
In light of the current coronavirus pandemic, most employees are confronted with new working arrangements, forms of work, and in some cases extreme workloads and additional private challenges in their home environment. The situation requires employees and management alike to engage in an intensive discussion about what ‘healthy working’ means under these changed conditions.
In a nationwide longitudinal study, we are currently investigating – among other research questions – coronavirus-related changes in working and living situations and their effects on health, employee experience, resources and resilience.
Information if you are want to participate

Your assessments can help us identify ‘factors for healthy working’ in changing working conditions. These findings can be used to generate (practice-oriented) recommendations for action to maintain and promote occupational health.
