InMotion
Department of Occupational, Social and Preventive Medicine
The digitalisation process is associated with numerous changes in individual work. Automated processes, increasing networking and modern forms of communication contribute to an increase in physical inactivity in the workplace and pose greater risks to health.
The ‘In Bewegung’ (In Motion) project pursues the goal of evidence-based promotion of physical activity in the workplace and was developed in cooperation with the Charité Occupational Medicine Centre (AMZ). As part of targeted workplace health promotion measures, a workshop for employees of various companies creates incentives to increase physical activity at work, in homeoffice and also before and after work. A key aspect is the scientific basis of the intervention, which is based on the Health Action Process Approach (HAPA, [1-2]) (for an overview, see also [3-4]). The longitudinal study enables evidence-based results for your company while ensuring anonymity.

Participation in the study
"We are currently looking for additional partner companies for this study. The focus lies on small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) that are interested in our fee-based concept. In principle, all employees between the ages of 18 and 67 are eligible to participate, provided that the company management and, if applicable, the staff council agree.
We appreciate your interest and are happy to answer any questions you may have."
